I brought my SUV to Marshalls after someone ran into me. Marshals worked with both insurance  Companies updating what the original adjuster may have not seen. They started by giving me the timeline to repair, what it involved, And when I could drop the vehicle off and have a Rental waiting. They kept me up-to-date, and the vehicle was repaired within the time expected. Repair was perfect. The paint match perfect. I noticed the whole vehicle has been buffed out, washed and waxed, and the interior was vacuumed. Front desk staff was friendly and professional. Top notch body work and customer support. You cannot do better anywhere. This was my third body project in the last several years and the quality of the repair, along with the customer experience was consistently excellent. I would not consider going anywhere else. The staff at Marshall’s Autobody in Billerica, MA are very professional. From the minute you enter the building, the staff makes you feel confident that you will be taken care of and they respond very quickly and appropriately to any questions/ concerns.
